How many meals can I use in one day?
Depends on your meal plan. For 14 & 19 plans, you may only scan your card once per meal period or use a guest swipe (10 per semester). Meal exchanges may also be used in exchange for a Dining room swipe. 5 meal exchanges are permitted per week.
I have special dietary requirements. Who do I talk to about menu options?

I have a comment/complaint. How do I address it?
Text Mustangtxt to 82257 for special offers, hours, and feedback. If it is a serious or urgent matter, any of our managers would be happy to listen to your concerns and will take care of the situation promptly. What are Flex Points?
Flex Points are additional monies which are on your ID card and can be used in all our locations. They are included with the meal plans and more can be added at any time by contacting the business office.
I lost my meal card. What next?
Stop by the Security office (1st fl Learning Center) and receive a new card. You will not be able to eat in the dining hall or purchase items at the Mustang Grill or Spoonholder Cafe with Flex Points without your ID card.
I have classes/work when lunch is served. What do I do?
You may choose to eat at a different location (Mustang Grill or Spoonholder) or pick up a sack lunch from the dining room between 7AM – 7PM, M-F (closed from 2:00-3:30). Meal exchanges may also be used in exchange for a Dining room swipe. 5 meal exchanges are permitted per week.
