Depends on your meal plan.  For 14 & 19 plans, you may only scan your card once per meal.  For 120 & 140 plans, you may scan up to 4 times per meal (for extra guests). You may get 2 sack lunches per day on any meal plan.

We have a comment box in the dining room which we check periodically and post responses.  If it is a serious or urgent matter, any of our managers would be happy to listen to your concerns and will take care of the situation promptly. Contact our chef by email and we will make a sick tray for you. You will need to arrange someone to pick up your meal with your ID card so we can swipe your card.

Flex Points are additional monies which are on your ID card and can be used in all our locations. They are included with the meal plans and more can be added at any time by contacting the business office.

Stop by the tech services office (1st fl OSC) and receive a new card. You will not be able to eat in the dining hall or purchase items at the Mustang Grill or Spoonholder Cafe with Flex Points without your ID card.

You may choose to eat at a different location (Buck’s or Spoonholder) or pick up a sack lunch from the dining room between 7AM – 7PM, M-F (closed from 2:00-3:30).
